Who we are
This website belongs to The NaNaz, a band from South Wales. We’re responsible for the personal information collected through it. If you have a question about your information, use our contact form.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and your message. Please don’t include anything sensitive that we don’t need.
Like most websites, the services that run this site also handle technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
We use your details only to read and reply to your message. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who else handles it
- The band and the person who helps run this website receive messages sent through the form.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the security check on the contact form, which helps stop spam by looking at technical details of your browser and connection.
- Resend delivers messages from the form to us by email.
- Google supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser sends it your IP address when a page loads. Google also provides the band’s email inbox.
These companies may process information outside the UK, including in the United States, using the legal safeguards required for those transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and delete them within 12 months unless we need to keep them longer to continue a conversation with you.
Cookies
We don’t set our own cookies or use analytics or advertising on this site. The security check on the contact form may store technical information in your browser so that it can work.
Links to other sites
This site links to other services, including Bandcamp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and SoundCloud. They have their own privacy policies, which apply once you visit them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it. Use our contact form to make a request.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
